Actifryer basket not secure

I purchased my Actifryer from Amazon mid February 2018 and was delighted with it.  However, these past two months the basket has been coming away from the bottom of the pan when I pull it out making it unsafe.  I have burned myself twice as a result.  also, I have been disappointed how much of the non stick coating has come away
