A: chalk markers only can be used on NON-POROUS surfaces, some chalkboards have
tiny holes that will absorb water, which is not suitable for using this product.
please test on small area before using on any painted surface.

Q: how to use Blusmart chalk markers?

A: 1. shake the pen

 2. push the chisel tip or fine tip

3. press until tip fills with ink

 4. paint

Q: What can I do if my pen cannot be written, it seems without ink

A: Our Blusmart chaclk marker has under the strict quality control, before use it ,
could you please shake it first, then gentle press the tips? And after each run,

please cover the pen cover to prevent the pen water from evaporating reslut in the tips
had dried out. When you use it again, if you find the pen ink dry, put the tip down to get the faucet below the water after washing, you can immediately plug in and continue to use.

A: the paint can be removed with dry or damp towel. the smoother the surface is,
the easier it is to remove the paint. if the paint does not dissolve in water, you may use soap or other mild cleaning fluid.
