Vacuum Sealer not completing cycle

I'm on my second (Sent the first back) Vacuum Sealer and both will not complete the Normal VAC cycle, the machine forms a vacuum and just keeps sucking, after a while it stops but doesn't seal the bag. On Soft VAC it works, pulls a vacuum then seals the bag. I've used vacuum sealers since they first appeared. I've tried different bags and even double sealed them but Normal VAC does not complete...

I'm having the exact same issue.  I have to push really hard to get it to lock and then it doesn't complete the cycle.

    I have had a vacuum sealer since they first were released. This was my first time using this brand and I can tell already that buying this Blusmart was a very bad mistake!!! I sealed exactly ONE bag and the second one will now NOT RELEASE the sealed bag!!! WARNING: DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY BUYING THIS JUNK!!!
