Having trouble submitting RMA on a dental flosser.

I purchased a Blusmart Water Flosser Professional Dental Flosser Cordless Electric on Jan 7th, 2020.


The front of the model which holds the dental wand and also keeps the water pressure inside has become loose and now it doesn't work. What is the best procedure about getting a warranty repair on the model?
